Quebec's Most Expensive MLS Listing Sold For $13.25 Million

The mansion is located in Quebec's Eastern Townships, east of Montreal and is situated on a more than 2.5 hectare (280,000 Sq Ft) property surrounded by beautiful lake and mountain views.

The stone-sided mansion has 20 rooms, the main residence has a geothermal energy system, a heated indoor pool, a home theatre, a gym, a ping pong room and a wine cellar and tasting room. There is also five bedrooms, five washrooms, five fireplaces, a library as well as a dressing room equipped with an elevator, a receptionist office and a mezzanine area.

Royal Le Page Heritage broker Marie-Yvonne Paint sold the property.

Recently, in July, the same property was listed for $25 million and last month, the asking price was $19.5 million.

Royal LePage says the grounds on which the estate is situated also contain three guest homes, a private dock and an outdoor terrace area.
