The mansion is located on Dushu Lake in Suzhou, China, about 100 km northwest of Shanghai. Dushu Lake is China's largest lake.
Listing Agent Juan Zhao Feng said that there are several offers on the table even though mansion is listed at a sky-high price. He also stated that there are a few clients from overseas who have showed their interest in the exquisite property.
According to the real estate website where the property is listed, this home is the most priciest home in mainland China to ever come on the market.
The villa has a pond, a swimming pool and a massive wine cellar. It reportedly took three years to build.
