Toronto Real Estate Board President, Larry Cerqua shares some of his favourite apps for both real estate professionals and homeowners.
These apps can help individuals find the perfect furniture, finding nearby amenities etc,. There are many apps out there that can guide individuals with important life decisions and apps can be fun and manageable.
Here are a few:
Buying & Relocating
The following apps can assist people with their property search, moving process and getting familiar with their new neighbourhood.
(1) Walk Score (Free)
This app shows the proximity of any location and it shows a map of nearby amenities including schools, stores, entertainment, restaurants and more. This is a great app for those urban homebuyers as they tend to prefer walkable neighbourhoods.
(2) Realtor.ca (Free)
This is CREA's realtor.ca app and it is perfect for potential buyers and tenants to use as they can quickly search a detailed list of property listings across the country. People can search property listings even just by entering a nearby street intersection.
(3) Photo Measures ($)
For those who have bought a home but are thinking whether their furniture will fit may find this app useful as it allows them to note room dimensions on photos taken of a given room. This app may help eliminate any guesswork used for buying, renovating and redecorating decisions.
