Most Expensive House in U.S. Relisted At $195 Million

This $195 million Florida mansion is now the most expensive home in the U.S. listed for sale.

The gorgeous 62,000 square feet mansion is located in Manalapan, Florida, just south of Palm Beach. The home is bordered on both sides by privates beach and has its own pier.

The home named Gemini, is the property of the billionaire family of William B.Ziff Jr. He was a publisher who had developed successful tech-focused magazines such as Car and Driver as well as PC Magazine.

Gemini has 33 bedrooms and 34 full bathrooms. The home also has its own golf course, tennis court, basket ball court and pool. A seven-bedroom guest house, 2 ocean cottages, a manager's house and office as well as a tree house are also a part of the property.

The mansion has lots of dark woods, natural coral, shell-stone, marble, and other fossil stones incorporated in the design. It was built in the 1940's and the mansion was fully remodelled and updated in 2002.
